Larry Bankston is a Realtor® with The Bankston Group at The Agency Dallas, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Newly licensed, he enters the profession with direct exposure to the business, personal real estate investment experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and 15 years in law enforcement.

Since Larry and Katie Bankston purchased their first investment property in 2019, he has supported the business behind the scenes through marketing, content production, social media, business strategy, systems, and operational planning. Today, Larry works within the established team led by Katie, pairing personal accountability with the experience, resources, and brokerage support around The Bankston Group and The Agency Dallas.

His approach is straightforward: understand what a client needs, protect their interests, communicate consistently, and provide useful information for an informed decision. Larry brings an investor-minded lens to value, downside, resale potential, renovation requirements, rental viability, and realistic exit options—without treating every home purchase like a spreadsheet.
